Valluar Residence

Valluvar Residence expresses the client's values and lifestyle through carefully chosen materials and design elements. The common areas, including the living spaces, open into a central courtyard featuring a statue of Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar, symbolizing the client's principles. The facade orientation and well-placed openings and skylights maximize natural light and ventilation, while indirect and reflected lighting reduces the impact of harsh sunlight, creating a comfortable and harmonious living space.
